Get Download Center Data
As a Marketplace consumer, you can browse, discover, and subscribe to the Download Center listings to download fresh and rich location data prepared for you by HERE. This data is available on request and upon offline contract negotiations.
Note
You must have a HERE platform account to proceed. If you do not have an account, contact your organization's HERE platform administrator and request to be invited to the HERE platform as described in Add and Manage Groups.
To get data from the Download Center, do the following:
- Browse Download Center listings and request data.
- Conduct offline contract negotiations to get data access.
- Access requested data in the Download Center.
Browse Download Center Listings and Request Data
In HERE Marketplace, discover the Download Center listings using the Resource filter.
After selecting a listing, you may choose the coverage region and format of needed data, then click Contact us.
In the Send request screen, provide further details on the data you need and send the request. You can send multiple requests for the same Download Center listing with different coverage regions and formats.
Conduct Offline Contract Negotiations to Get Data Access
Once HERE has received the request, HERE will contact you for further discussions of the terms and fees for your access and use of the data. The contract negotiations are held between you and HERE offline, outside HERE Marketplace.
Access Requested Data in the Download Center
You will receive your credentials to download the data once the terms and fees for the access to and use of the data have been agreed between you and HERE. After receiving your credentials to access the Download Center, go to the Download Center either from the corresponding subscription in HERE Marketplace or from the Launcher menu at platform.here.com.
In the Welcome to the Download Center screen, sign in with your Download Center credentials. Store your Download Center credentials on the platform so you don't need to enter them again until they are changed or have expired.
In the Download Center, browse the products and select the one you want to download. Select all or separate files in a product and click Download.
